Lisa Greenwood 


Lisa is a forward-thinking and strategic leadership development specialist and Executive Coach with experience of delivering demonstrably successful solutions - both in her previous roles of Head of Performance at Bath Travel and Director of Organisational Development at McCarthy and Stone, and also as an independent consultant to multinational conglomerates and large UK and European governmental departments; which include The Cabinet Office, The Treasury, and the Ministry of Defence.That experience in government frameworks led to a crucial consulting secondment to the tax office in Romania to aid its accession to the European Union.


During a diverse career, Lisa has used that experience to develop her own hybrid model of senior leadership development. Her groundbreaking approach led to McCarthy and Stone approaching her to lead their Organisational Development programme ahead of a major strategy shift at the FTSE company.


During her tenure with the market leader in retirement housing, McCarthy and Stone,  Lisa's leadership development work was recognised twice by the House Builder awards and, in 2019, as a finalist in the inaugural WeQual Awards, which identifies 'world class women executives across the globe'.

As well as working in her own consultancy practice, Lisa is also a Global Master Practitioner in SDI 2.0 Core Strengths® and sits on the Wellbeing and Resilience Advisory Panel for Thrive Training Ltd.
